E Series — Economical Granulators

The E-series granulator has multiple rotor designs available in 300 mm to 700 mm diameters and widths from 300 mm to 1400 mm. The completely welded cutting chamber, in conjunction with the V-type rotor design, ensures dependable operation and universal application use. The housing design offers quick and easy cutting chamber access during rotor and stator knife or screen changes and maintenance.

The E-series is economically-designed for use as an in-house, medium-volume, central granulator. The cutting geometry of the E 30 makes it ideal for the grinding of small thin-walled hollow parts, the E 50 can handle even bigger hollow parts to be ground, and the E 70 can grind voluminous materials. The E-series granulator products a high-quality regrind independent of the material type or form such as injection molded parts, blow-molded parts, profiles, sheets, film, etc.
